Please check-out by 10:00 on the morning of departure. This gives us enough time to change the house over for the next guests.
Laundry
Please strip the beds and leave all bedding and towels in the bathroom of the room they belong to. Please leave pool towels in the master bathroom.
Rubbish
Please dispose of all rubbish prior to departure. Please empty the fridges completely. Feel free to leave non perishable items like washing up liquid, tea bags and olive oil that future guests can use.
Damage/additional cleaning
Please treat our villa as you would your own home. Unfortunately additional cleaning or costs for damage will be deducted from your deposit. We really don't want that to happen!
Breakages
We understand accidents happen - just let us know if anything is broken so we can arrange to replace/repair.
Cleaning
We don't expect you to clean the house from top to bottom but please give the floors a quick hoover before you leave. It would be much appreciated and help us to get the house tunred around in time! Unfortunately, any additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit.
